This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased from Card GO! ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

1. Nature of Our Products
We sellvirtual, digital products only. These include, but are not limited to, in-game currencies, items, accounts, unlockables, codes, or other licensed digital assets. NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED.

2. Order Processing & "Delivery" Method

· Processing: Orders are processed and fulfilled electronically upon successful payment verification. There is no physical packaging, handling, or postal shipping involved.
· Delivery (Digital Fulfillment): Your purchased digital product ("Access Information") will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain the necessary details to access your product, such as login credentials, a code, a download link, or instructions for claiming the item in-game.
· Delivery Timeframe: In most cases, delivery is instant or occurs within a few minutes of successful payment. However, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery during standard business hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed outside of our standard business hours or on weekends/holidays may be processed the next business day.

3. Customer Responsibility for Delivery

4. Non-Receipt of Digital Product / "Lost in Transit"
If you have not received your delivery emailwithin 24 hours of placing your order:

1. First: Carefully check all folders of your email service (spam, junk, etc.).
2. Second: Ensure the payment for your order was successfully completed.
3. Third: Contact our support team at [Your Support Email Address] with your order number and the email address used for purchase. We will investigate and resend the Access Information if the order is verified and no delivery is confirmed on our end.

5. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to theimmediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are FINAL once the Access Information has been sent to your provided email address.

· No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for correctly delivered digital products, for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to meet system requirements for the intended game.
· No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed and the fulfillment process has begun.

· We are an Independent Seller: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the official developers or publishers (e.g., Scopely for Monopoly GO, Epic Games for Fortnite, etc.) of any games for which our digital products are intended.
· Product Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We are not responsible for changes made by the official game developers that may affect the utility or functionality of a digital product after purchase.
